We respectfully remind guests that a Reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and us.

Arrival time is between 3.00 p.m. - 9.30 p.m.

If you are delayed and your estimated time of arrival is unacceptable, we will charge you for your room as per our Cancellation Policy below.

Departure time is: 10.00 a.m.

Your debit/credit card details are held to guarantee the booking.

In the event of cancellation, non-show, alterations or reduction of numbers by the client, the cost of the whole booking may be taken subject to our cancellation policy below:-

Our charges are quoted in UK Sterling (Pounds Sterling) and must be paid in that currency.

Please note Credit Cards will incur a 2% charge.

If making a group booking, payment in full will be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel, the first night’s Accommodation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

With less than 5 days’ notice the first night’s Accommodation cost will be charged and we shall do our best to re-let your room,  if we are unsuccessful, we reserve the right to charge you our losses, up to the full charge of your booking.

Bookings are ‘per room’ – for example if you have booked a room for two people and one person subsequently wishes to cancel, we regret that the ‘empty’ bedspace would still need to be paid for.

Postponment of bookings will not be treated as a cancelled booking.

Smoking 

Please note we are STRICTLY non-smoking.  We reserve the right to make an extra cleaning charge if guests smoke on the premises, which may also include the cost of another nights stay if the room has to be closed down.
